Brand new Ryzen 5 2600 freezing issue

Hey guys, Could use some help I got a new pc the other day ryzen 5 2600 got a problem tho it hangs after loading windows and also when loading programs etc for about 10secs to 1 min got 16gb ram corsair vengeance, gtx 1050ti 4gb gpu, gigabyte mb and a 250 GB ssd but the ssd is from an old pc with all my junk I need with win 10 pro, Gone through 100 forms, reddit posts, Tom's hardware etc... Nothing works bios is flashed to latest so idk what to do I'm stumped please help

Its because you migrated a OS without reinstalling.  Windows 10 is great with generic drivers to get things...functional.  What you have is a "functional" hardware PC not working to its optimized performance.  

 

You need to do a fresh install when changing out major components, which was likely a mobo, ram, CPU based on what you posted.
