Need some immediate help with the ups.

So im a rookie when it comes to electronics, i noticed, i was using my ups all this time at 600 watt max capacity, i didnt know that. I had my pc which use 2080 ti and i9 9900k and 1200 watt, at this ups + i had my ultrawide monitor and a printer and a vr headset on this ups. Guys im worried did i do any damage? I unplugged my ups. I was using it for 3 month

I don't see how you could have caused an issue.   The UPS itself should not have been powering the PC but just allowing the power through and only adjusting when there is a brownout, spike or power loss.   Granted the UPS wouldn't have really been able to support the equipment during a power outage but normal operation should be fine.

 

Then again, I am no power expert either so my understanding of how this all works could be incorrect.
