BenQ XL2730 issues

Hey all

 

Im trying to get g-sync working on my monitor. When i set my monitor to 144hz in nvidia control panel and enable g-sync compatibility i get a black screen.

 

Tried setting my monitor to 120hz and enabling g-sync then i dont get the black screen. How is this possible can anyone help me out things to try.

if u still looking for a solution here
i got 2
1. if u think g sync not important than use hdmi 2.0, im sure u can play it at 144hz but no g sync (work perfectly)
2. "https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/aglppa/possible_workaround_for_the_benq_xl2730z_at_144hz/" try this, it will make your monitor goes to 143hz and g sync compatible, but from my experience sometimes i got glitch like double screen or overlapping, idk if another user has this problem tho.
