ryzen 5 3600 thermal issues

i had bought a ryzen 5 3600 but just after a month at 4.2 GHz with the wraith stealth it reaches 90 within two hours it is usual??

No, the stealth is not meant for overclocking, it's for stock use. Remove your overclock, reset CMOS, update the BIOS and chipset drivers and use it stock.

Or a third party cooler like the Dark Rock Pro 4 or the Noctua NH-D15 or if don't have space for massive cooler the Noctua U12A could help bring the temperatures down.

Yes and no. If you leave everything at stock, you will see about 80C temps under load. Thats normal for all stock settings (see all other threads just here). You can see the reasoning here:

However, overclocking with stock cooler is not usually recommended, and doing it wrong even less. By this I mean that you are probably running with very high voltages, and cooler just can't dissipate heat as fast as needed.
