Need help picking parts 1st time build

Budget (including currency): 500-800$

Country:Philippines

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:Mostly games and some are cpu intensive like rainbow six

 

I prefer more performance than the looks of my pc so pls help me pick or recommend parts!

 

I have planned a build but im not sure about it

List:

Ryzen 5 3500x-Processor

MSI A320M-A PRO-Motherboard

GSkill Ripjaws V 16Gb Dual DDR4-RAM

WD Caviar Blue 1 TB-HDD

Palit GTX 1660Ti Dual Fan-GPU

Don't use the Ryzen 5 3500x as it is pointless, upgrade your motherboard to B450. Use a 1660/1650 Super instead of Ti.

Use an SSD as it is faster and 500 GB should suffice for 3-4 games + OS

Quad core should do fine as long as you change settings to make use of the 1660 super and Rainbow Siege 6 on 1080p Ultra should maintain 60 FPS. You don't even need 1660 as a cheaper RX 580 ($180 US) should be fine for 60 FPS on Ultra

the 3300x is not in stock right now. but it will be soon.

that motherboard has rather poor VRMs but it will go ok with 4 core cpus.

3600mhz ram.

500 gig ssd and 2tb HDD

rtx 2060 like  gpu but cheaper.

Stock coolign is good enough. under 280mm liquid coolers are prettu bad since a lot of air coolers beat them

 

Noctua NH D 15 is better than almost every 120,140 or 240mm water coolers

Im still doubting about air coolers since here in philippines it is really hot. Everyday is like 30-40 celcius and probably it will be more hotter in my room

well then liquid coolers are a problem too since

their fans push air to radiotar which cools liquid. you are fine with the stock cooler. But if it for some reason is not enough go for hyper 212 evo blacked edition/rgb edition

Will this be fine?
Thinking about rx580 instead of rx 5600, Will just be playing at 1080p and will not overclock.
Might pick XFX RX 580 8b GTS XXX ED since its cheaper

RX 580 should be fine. I prefer the ASUS edition (8 GB) and RX 5600 isn't really the best for that. IF you want the 5000 series cards, go for rx 5700xt
