3600 or 3300 x?

I was gonna buy the Ryzen 5 3600, but then the 3 3300x came out. I'm on a budget build, so that might help for me to get a better Video card. should i wait and get it, or get the 3600?

Depends on the budget, 3600 could still be viable as it will stay relevant for much longer

if you just care about gaming and if it will allow you to upgrade gpu, go for 3300x. but let's see what's the price for it once it hits the market. what's your build plan so far?

i play really now end games, like roblox(i'm 11) and some MMORPG's but i  use photoshop for my personal projects and planning not to upgrade for a while

Then you might want a better CPU and cut back on the GPU for now. GPUs get outdated rather quickly compared to CPUs and you dont seem to use that much GPU power.

The Fractal Focus G was $75 CAD on NewEgg last week...kinda hard to beat at that sale price.

 

If you are willing to keep an eye out for case sales and wait on that, I'd do that.

Decent airflow cases for ~$50 is hard at the moment.

Also look at the Ryzen 5 1600 AF. That sounds like a pretty good option for you. Its basically a R5 2600 for ~$100. 

Otherwise I'd get the 3300x if I were you.
