for under $30 just get anything. They are all going to be bad. but get something without RGB. those probably spent more on the drivers rather than rgb (so you get better sound - hopefully).

Trust me, she could have it worse, I watercooled a rack mounted dual xeon server with a pond pump, vinyl tubing and $8 ebay blocks.
This was before they did anything like that on the channel too so I went in blind, having built two computers out of bad used parts before......

Well, everything costs money on a product.

 

For them to add RGB, then they would need to spend less money in other areas, such as the drivers.
