Intel Express Q45/43 Express Chipset Graphics Question

Hi LinusTechTips Community,

 

I have an HP Compaq Elite 8000SFF Desktop PC which has 8GB of RAM, 1TB HDD, 240watt PSU, and an Intel Core 2 Duo E7500. I purchased a used Nvidia Quadro NVS 295, although it did not work nicely with Windows 10 64 bit and even with Windows 7 Compatibility Mode Drivers, the system blue screened and the screen glitched out, froze, etc. I removed the card and went back to the integrated graphics of the Q45/43 Express Chipset, and am wondering if there is any Intel graphics control options available for it, I right click on my desktop screen and there is no option for an Intel Graphics Control Center. Is there any software configuration/control options for the Intel Express Q45/43 Express Chipset Graphics?

CTRL+ALT+F12?

Nothing happens when I tried to use this shortcut on the desktop screen, even when I right click, the only options related to graphics are "Personalization" and "Display Settings". Display settings are only the display options integrated into the Windows 10 OS. I don't think that the system has any Intel Graphics Control Panel installed, and am not sure if it would be an option for this graphics since it is older than the Intel HD graphics series. Please let me know if there is any option to install a Intel Graphics Control Panel for this integrated GPU (Intel Q45/43 Express Chipset)?

Did you install any drivers?

Yes, it shows in the Device Manager that drivers are installed, although I don't see any graphics control options for the integrated graphics. I think that maybe the driver only was installed and not the control panel, and am not sure if there is any control panel options for this integrated graphics.

I wonder if the panel we see today just didnt exist back in GMA days
