Is it possible to split up cores to different monitors?

So after watching the 8 gamers, 1 station video, this question was really stinging me. For each individual monitor a person uses, could you possibly split up or reserve a certain amount of cores, RAM, GPU VRAM, Storage space, etc. for each specific monitor.

you can use affinity CPU to asign task to ech cpu and then use the driver of your graphics card to ouput de app to the monitor you want...

So you can't assign specific cores to different monitors. However you can assign cores to specific tasks or virtual machines, which is what they for "8 gamers, 1 cpu". The cores you assign to a task will only work on that task, and you can put that task on a specific monitor, however that task is not limited to that monitor.
