Event Viewer Audit Failure (chrome.exe)

Solved with this solution found in a forum:

have the same behavior on Chrome 74 / windows 10 1809 and have steps to reproduce systematically.

- First : Check you Local Security Policy / Account Lockout policy to avoid locking your account. I checked : on a restrictive policy, it will lock the user account!
- Execute command : C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --user-data-dir=C:\temp\chrome0 (forces a new user-data-dir)
- Wait 40 seconds
- Open Event Viewer, Go to Windows Logs / Security
- Filter on 4625 events (failed logon attempt.) : a new event was created 40s after chrome start
- Erase C:\temp\chrome0 to reproduce since the events are triggered only when user-data-dir is missing (when Chrome is started for the first time by a user, so it's uncommon)
