New Build : Looking for Advice

Hello Everyone,

 

Location- India. I am planning to build my 2nd gaming/CAD works computer.

· I have built I7-4790K +GTX980 PC on 2015, which died recently. I am planning to re-use the case ,PSU,HDD and SSDs.

· The PC would be used primarily for Gaming,Cad Works( Cre-O, Solidworks) .

· I am owning LG24” 144HZ 1080P monitor and planning to buy 1440P ,IPS monitor, So PC will be connected to both monitors.

· I want to play games at Ultra settings and the types of game I would play would be Assassin’s Creed, Just cause, Hitman, Far cry, Tomb raider series etc. I will play mainly single player games and won’t be playing any online games.

· I have put together the list based on the reviews and product availability in my country.

 

Processor- Ryzen 7 3700X (Selected Due to Gaming and Cad Works)

CPU Cooler - NZXT Kraken X52-240mm AIO Liquid Cooler

MotherBoard - Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO WIFI (Need a built-in wifi and More Fan headers for my Case fans)

Storage/M.2 - GIGABYTE AORUS 500GB M.2 NVMe Gen4 SSD

Storage/M.2 - SAMSUNG SSD 970 EVO PLUS NVME M.2 500 GB

Storage/SSD - Crucial 525GB 2.5" Sata SSD (Re-using from my previous build)

Storage/HDD - Seagate Baracuda 2TB 7200 RPM HDD (Re-using from my previous build)

Video Card - Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING OC 8G

Memory - G.skill Trident Z RGB Series (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600MHz

Case - NZXT H440 White/Black (Re-using from my previous build)

Power Supply - Seasonic X-1050 Gold (Re-using from my previous build)

Fans - Have NZXT Aer 140 and 120 (2nos) Fan ,Hue+ (Re-using from my previous build)

I am not planning to upgrade any parts after I built the PC. Feel free to give your recommendations on the parts list.

Planning to build after the COVID-19 pandemic. But I see intel announced the Next gen processors, AMD is on the line, So can I wait till October, 2020 and build with new processors, or it doesn’t make much difference with current products.

I think u can go with 32gb of ram 16x2 kit

I am too from India and now is right time to order because price of parts is going to increase after lockdown is removed

get a 280mm aio, it makes a big difference. arctic makes a great one that's cheaper than nzxt.

see if the asus x570 tuf is cheaper. it as good.

i would just get 1 1tb drive, it's cehaper than getting 2x500
