CS:GO Server Won't load community maps.

I have been having a problem where my server won't load community collections properly. It will crash and say "You need a webAPI authkey." I put one in already. I'm going to attach a version of the starter file (without personal details), so people can see whether it's something i'm doing, or just the collection. I have correctly port forwarded though.
