Make sure your device is turned on and detectable and try again" (if this is bad english sorry i used google translate im from poland) Help!

Whats the spec of your bluetooth? If that has no option for either handsfree or media it wont work.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Go to device manager right click the BT400 and click update drivers.

Then try and reconnect the speaker.

Windows or Asus not that good at updating their drivers, quick google found many with this issue.

While other OS has no problem and connects immediately.
Windows has always sucked with Bluetooth, i don't know why, maybe them ppl at Microsnot don't like it or something...

nah, it didn't work, still getting this message

If the JBL is in that list remove and try reconnect.

If that doesnt work might be out of luck. Maybe call ASUS tell them to update their shitty drivers. :(
I threw away a new BT400 for this exact reason, also it would disconnect my DS4-controller every 5 minutes.

Unless someone else might have some insight?
