Need advice for a new build

Hey all,

 

I really want to upgrade my PC due to the old one not being that good anymore (some issues while booting that i always need to boot twice before it works.)

1) My budget is arround 3000€ - 4000€ and i'm located in belgium.

2) It's gonna be used mainly for gaming, games i play mostly are world of warcraft, oldschool runescape, any of the call of duty's , valorant, the witcher etc.

3) i'm running 2 32" monitors right now , ilyama and asus ROG one.

4) Don't need any peripherals, maybe speakers? since i'm currently always using my headset.

I don't need an OS as i'm probably gonna reuse my NVME from my current pc as that has windows 10 already on it.

I will also be reusing my case (nzxt H700I)

5)mainly upgrading because i like to play games at ultra and high fps and i can notice it's not preforming as good anymore. I wouldn't mind some RGB in my kit. And i'd also prefer to use watercooling. 

 

any help would be apreciated

With the whole preferring to use water cooling, do you mean custom or AIO for the CPU?

AIO for cpu probably. I haven't installed a custom one yet and id rather not fuck it up
