Hello.

 

I'm looking to build a photo editing rig that outputs to dual 4k monitors.

 

Currently, I am looking at Ryzen 7 for the CPU and RTX 2080 Ti for the GPU. I also need at least 64GB of RAM. Liquid cooled would be great too.

 

I don't necessarily have a budget, but would like to know what's the most best price to performance editing rig I could build.

we need to know how much you're willing to spend, otherwise price to performance wouldn't matter anyway if you can't afford it.

that case has much better airflow than that case and it has decent stock fans too.

 

that is one fo the best aircoolers that will beat most of the 240mm aios. that watercooler isnt that much better but it is much more expensive

Yeah 2 fans and only front intake fans, you need at least one exhaust fan in the back

Editing with what, editing what kind of material and for what purpose? You can't look for building advice without mentioning the software you're going to use.

 

For Photoshop you do not want to invest in an RTX2080Ti. For Lightroom certain effects benefit greatly from it. 'Editing PC' is just too vague.
