Won’t go to bios when boot up

I recently just put together some of the parts of my new pc, I don’t have a gfx card in yet, but I have the cpu in and I wanted to boot up into bios to see if everything was working and it doesn’t do that it doesn’t display and image, however it does boot up like it’s getting power just no image, and I don’t have hard drive in yet just m.2 drive pls help

What post code does your mother board have ?

And do you have your dimms seated correctly and in the right spot ?

What CPU do you have? And by GFX card I assume you mean Graphics Card.

There was some bent pins on the back of the mother board if that would do anything I really don’t think it would tho

if you mobo has it is kind of like a screen in red that tells you a number

Well depending on the layout you could have damaged a vrm or a capacitor
