Fuzzy Display like a TV

Browser, version and OS: 

Google, Windows 10 Pro

 

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

It happened twice while game was on Idle.

 

 

What happened?

PC Screen loses its signal then goes back with fuzzy lines like a TV.

 

What did you expect to happen?

I had to do a hard reboot.

 

Specs:

Ryzen R5 3600

Tomahawk Max B450

Sapphire 5700 XT

Seasonic MI2 II 620W

ViewSonic VX2458-C-MHD 24"

WD 120 GB SSD

WD 1TB HDD

 

 

 

If it's a cloudflare error, what was the ray ID from the bottom of the error page?
