How to check SSD physical failure ?

My SSD suddenly loss data and i format than used again after days is normal but suddenly loss data again ? Is this manufacturing failure ?

My SSD is 860 EVO 1tb, and i bought 6 months ago, and all SMART indicators all fine

I have two SSD and another 860 evo is normal, but i bought used motherboard, can my motherboard cause this SSD failure ?, note my motherboards look fine, and before this SSD have same problem in my laptop

Yes, bad connection to the motherboard can cause data corruption.

If you're sure it's the ssd, maybe you can claim the warranty.

2 months ago my SSD have same problem with installed in my laptop, do you think this is SSD failure ?
