Viber Video Call shows the current screen

Hello!

 

My father's cousin is still rocking a Galaxy Grand Neo Duos model and his primary use is Viber with video. Recently it started acting weird. Let me explain.. when a video call is started, in the small corner he can see his camera however the entire screen is obscured by a capture of his current screen. So basically he sees his screen + the overlay for name + the small camera. He can't use video calling now. Is there a solution? I'll include a picture.
