Motherboard not reporting but working

My motherboard (B350 MSI TOMAHAWK) doesn t connect anymore with some features. MSI aplication don t detect it,can t change gpu voltage,can t read it s temperature,I overclocked the CPU  and did some tests but nothing more than 2.6V

 

System:Ryzen 7 1700

TeamGroup 2400mhz ddr4

RX580 XFX GTS

I very much hope this is a mistake, even if you meant to type 1.6V, that's still a very unsafe voltage.

Solved! Vanguard Anti-Cheat was blocking msi from working
