AIO Water cooler making noise

I moved my computer from 1 case to another yesterday. Now my water cooler is making this weird noise. It doesn't sound like air bubbles are stuck and I know its the not the fans because I've tried without them (Thats why the cables are all over the place. Plugging things in and out to find the sound). Has anyone experienced this before? I attached a video
