Only at the end when there is less than 8 hours left, that's basically when it makes sense so I'd rather have that sorted now than try and get it done on the last day.

mine has always been 2 hrs but i get 1 days on some computers and 8 hrs on others... never seen shorter...

my guess is that that is a preference and I started rosetta at beginning of pent and all the 2hr jobs where eaten by then...

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don't know how their software works. I can't say one way or the other if it isn't just the same jobs but ran for a shorter duration.

So i am Bunkering ibercivis & NumberFields on Leela will release tomorrow ~ 7:30PM CST

Flexo will start Bunkering Both Here shortly once he finishes Amicable. 

Both are Bunkering on both as im too lazy to make 2 boinc setups on these too lol...

ok set up bender the 2060 KO was so fast it finished 1 task before he had all 400 tasks downloaded lol

the second task on the KO was with in seconds of finishing when I disabled traffic lol...its a bit faster than the MSI i have at Numbers too...

 

Ok found a Venue Dell 7130 i5-4300Y (6 watt Processor) Running Rosetta LOL...lets see if it can do 8 Results in 2 days....

I have set mine to 2 hours a few days ago and new jobs are still showing 8 hours but i am completing them in about 1-1.5 hour. It doesn't guarantee you get just 2 hours jobs though. I still get 4 and 8 hours as well.

i have 3 systens running it that are bunkering it and number fields...leela and bender and flexo

If it helps anyone figure out where to put resources I should have around 1500 tasks done (not sure how many points that is) by the start of the next  Javelin throw and I can keep an R7 2700X running 12 threads and 2 x RTX 2060 running on it all day.

I am bunkering a heck of a lot of Number jobs as well as ibercivis jobs and they are all gonna be released in 9 hours.

 

P.S. I am not really versed in bunkering and running multiple instances so I run everything on one instance and that is why a have a few of rosetta units expiring and I have to bunker together

It will likely take a couple of hours for Javelin (NumberFields) to reflect the full score based on how long it took the servers to clear initially submitted tasks on previous throws. Once we do hit the target of 1.5M we need to be able to quickly shift as many resources over to the Marathon (Rosetta) while keeping sufficient resources on Sprint (Ibercivis) to maintain our position there.

 

It will be an interesting 24 hours.

well my cpus are all running hard on rosetta and ibercivis numbers is only on gpu for me

Same here.

9400F, 1700x and 8700k all on ibercivis currently (until I dump everything), then they are going back to rosetta. 

1070 and 2080 S on NumberFields which will stay like that even a few days after event end.

I couldn't bother tweaking 2x R9 380/x that I have so I just left them at F@H.

Whenever we up our output they seem to raise theirs to match.
