How I CAn Upgrade WIn 7 32 Bit to 64 Bit without losing data

I'm using i5 gen 3rd and have 6 gb ram  intel hd 4000 and using Fujitsu Laptop Sh572

 IIRC, you cannot upgrade from 32 to 64bit. You have to back everything off and start fresh.That also means doing a clean install of any apps too. While you are at it, upgrade to Windows 10 instead of 7. 7 is a dead OS. 

I would even go as far as using something like Macrium Reflect to clone your drive to another one to be safe.
