Do NZXT H510 have good airflow

SukieMukie

So i want to build my first ever PC and i'm trying still stuck at picking what case should i use. My first case in mind is the NZXT H510. Aesthetically i love the case design. But I heard that the NZXT H510 have some bad reviews about the airflow which concern me the most. There's also some good reviews that the NZXT H510 airflow are good. So i'm stuck picking my case. If you guys / girls have any opinion about the case tell me! or if you have another case option that are in the same price range as the NZXT H510 i would happily check it out.

it has okay airflow. You can get better airflow by adding more fans

it has  1 fan at rear and at the top already. In the front it has none.

Mount 2x 140mm fans at the front for intake and replace your top fan to be outtake.

It's "good" or "bad" depending on the hardware you're putting in it. It will be "okay" or "good" with midranged builds (R5 3600, GTX 1660 Super as an example) and bad for high end build that produces a lot of heat (i9-9900K, RTX 2080ti)

Hey there. I believe the NZXT H510 has sub-optimal airflow? Below are some thermal and noise results for the similar NZXT H510 Elite (basically a H510 with a TG front panel and without the NZXT Smart Device v2?) from GamersNexus, if you'd like to see for yourself. I would also highly encourage reading their full review of the case, they do an excellent in-depth discussion of its build quality, quality-of-life features, building experience, and other related things.

TLDR: The NZXT H510's $70 price tag is very appealing, but both CPU and GPU temperatures are on the higher side of average, and the case is not quiet. To quote GamersNexus, the case will emit "gusty, turbulent noises."

For a $70 case budget, I might recommend the Cooler Master MasterBox NR600. Below are some MasterBox NR600 thermal and noise charts for your viewing pleasure.

SourceCooler Master NR600 Case Review by GamersNexus.

TLDR: The Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 is a budget case, which means you'll be sacrificing some building flexibility (non-removable HDD cage, for example) for its $70-ish price point. However, the case is fairly comfortable to build in, and has pretty decent (good?) airflow and low-ish noise levels with its stock fans.
