Afterburner oc scanner black screen, no display on reboot

PSA: If your using DisplayPort and your monitor stops working or behaving oddly unplug it for a minute and plug it back in. It fixed my issue when nothing else would.

Win10, x570 aorus elite, 3600, 2070 super, 2x8 gb, 650 watt psu

 

During scan went to black never came back. 

 

Rebooted, disconnected display, pulled battery from mobo, still black screen. After pulling the battery it seemed like it might come back, gpu fans started spinning but still no signal. 

 

Not sure what to do. Most of the system is brand new, gpu just got here 4 days ago. The psu is 5 years old tho.
