Budget Mini-ITX build

I'll just get right in to it. My parents are divorced and i don't wanna spend all my money on a gaming PC that i can only use every other week. So I've decided to go with a mini-ITX build, my budget is about €600 and i could find all the parts listed on ebay for €595 (all used parts). Any feedback or some cheaper alternatives? https://pcpartpicker.com/user/ezrabuenk/saved/#view=xv268d

i think E-ATX is more expensive but i do get the point.

Get an M-ATX decently sized case and youre done.

My main issue is the case, i think i'm just going to go for a case without handles and put a strap handle on it to carry it around.

Be very careful when carrying it around. Parts might get a little lose and you'd have to troubleshoot alot of times if carried improperly. But since you'll build your own PC, I guess you know that.
