Windows Restarts Right as The Windows Logo Pops up (Boot loop) (RE wont start)

Hello I had a problem for 3 weeks now

When i boot it goes to The windows logo but 1 second later the pc reset with no circle spinning Just restarts to where i can Access the bios Again (I use a ASrock Bios)

And even though it restarts 3 times, It restarts before it gets a chance to boot Win RE

 

I don't know what to do

Please help

Have you tried Using a usb with Windows 10 on it and Using Repair My computer option?

How about restarting the Computer and before Windows loads keep hitting F8. On your keyboard.

Do you have any Important stuff on that computer?

 

If not then go on ahead and order a Windows 10 installation kit and Reset the Computer.

 

Im sorry if I can’t give you the proper advice because I’m not that good with software issues mostly.

I mean i already have my phone rooted

I could just have it as a back door

Alright you can’t use your phone to actually trick it into thinking it’s a bootable device.

 

Buy another Windows 10 license and install it on that computer because there is no other way.

Now the computer should work unless there is something seriously wrong with your hardware.

Yea it should work, it was a hardware change gone wrong i believe
