Wattage-wise, it has more than enough. That whole system might draw like 400W at max. Even overclocked it won't draw more than 500W probably.

However, some VS units are dangerous and very low-quality. If it's a "Grey label" then it's decent, but orange label or green label isn't a great quality PSU

Hi there,

 

Is a Corsair VS650 a good enough psu for running a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 OC 6G and a core i7 4790?

I'm not planning on overclocking.

It's a grey label one, so i'll probably go for that one.

Don't. Instead of getting a crappy 650W PSU, get a decent 400-450W PSU
