Lowest clock speed of 3600x

Recently I have successfully stable my 3600x at this clock speed with lower voltage.
4100 with 1.25

4000 with 1.75

Now I want to go as lowest as possible in terms of  voltage & clock speed, something like 2200 with 0.94v (example). Can some one tell me how much lower I can go with voltage & clock speed of a 3600x? I see, if I keep my power balance in power saving mode than the value are like 2200 with 0.93v.

Open cpuz and click about tab. 

Save report txt.

Open txt and scroll down until you see "p-states". This will tell you which voltage is used at lower power states and you can get a good guesstimate from that.
