GTX 1660 Super vs Radeon Vega 56?

I’m looking to buy a graphics card for 1080p gaming and some light video editing. I’m also looking to upgrade the monitor to 1440p later on. I can get a GTX 1660 Super for £220 or the Radeon Vega 56 for £225 both new. Any thoughts on which is better deal? Thanks

Vega 56.

It's already faster today and will age better with the extra VRAM and AMD's good long term driver support.
