Rtx 2060 and Ryzen 7 2700x underperforming

Hello, when playing certain games like gta, fortnite, and others my games. I get low FPS in all

here are my specs

Ryzen 7 2700x at 4.0ghz

Wraith Prism cooler(stock amd)

Tuf B450m plus gaming

Gigabyte RTX 2060 OC Rev 2.0

Corsair LPX 3000mghz ram ddr4

700w evga bronze

samsung QVO 1tb

WD blue 1tb I think 

my FPS is around 60-40 on all normal on gta

144 on fortnite but when I am looking at something drops to around 50. All low. I will send pictures when I get to go on my computer again

can you check utilisations of your cpu and gpu while gaming? either in task manager, or prefferably in msi afterburner. check temperatures as well.

do you have your ram in slots 2 and 4 and docp enabled in bios?

do you have bios up to date and latest gpu and chipset drivers?

I will check utilization’s and temps in a little but I forgot how to install chipset drivers can you maybe send me the link for it or just tell me what to look up. I am not home

I installed the amd b450 chipset, the Nvidia drovers are you to date let me get pictures of utilization

This is on all normal except high post fx motion blur is tiny, and texture is very high

How much DDR4 do you have?

If that 1365mhz is the Gpu clocks, that's pretty low. 40c temp is pretty low indicating low gpu % usage. 

That card should be around 1770mhz (give or take) and closer to 2000mhz boosted if temps are low enough.

What should I use to boost it afterburner or the gigabyte arus app

How much system memory do you have?
