Should I make any changes to these specs?

I'm planning a build that I already have a couple of parts for. I have an almost unlimited budget, not because I just have a pile of money laying around, but because I'm working and saving for each part on my list. Here are the specs I'm thinking of:

I already have these:

Case: Corsair Crystal 680X

Power Supply: Corsair RM850x

Corsair QL fans, 5x QL140, 3x QL120

1x Sabrent Rocket 1tb for boot drive

Corsair Commander Pro

What I still need to buy:

MOBO: Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080 Super Founder's Edition

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x16gb @ 3600 speed CL16

STORAGE: 2x Samsung 860 EVO 2tb drives and 1x Toshiba X300 6tb HDD

Cablemod fully customized cables

Full complement of Corsair HydroX custom water cooling loop, including CPU, GPU, pump, and 2x280mm radiators

 

Some of it might possibly be overkill, but I plan on gaming, photo and video editing, and doing animation. I also occasionally record my gameplay and I would probably allocate most of my hard drive to storing those videos. I already do editing on my current PC, but it's an AMD Bulldozer system and it's definitely showing its age. Any changes, recommendations, or advice you have for me would be incredibly helpful. I mean a little overkill on the motherboard and might want to check the price of of Gskills 2x16GB 3600MHz CL16 RAM but if you have the money all those parts are good. The 860 evos are really good in terms of $/GB right now so a good buy there.

Are you getting a particularly good price on the FE? They're typically not the best choice...

To be perfectly honest, I'm only getting it because the Corsair HydroX GPU blocks don't work for the majority of brands, and I'd get the EKWB block for another  GPU but I'm concerned about mixing brands because of the chance of mixing metals in my loop. If everything is Corsair HydroX I know I'll be sure it is all compatible.

I like the idea of the Corsair RAM for aesthetic purposes. I've used iCUE and to me at least, it seems to be the best RGB software by a very large margin... I have considered going with G.skill in the past due to overclocking results, but  think I'll be fine just using XMP. Oh and as for the motherboard, I like the idea of using that board because I want to try my hand at overclocking the 3900X, and literally everything I've read, watched, and heard has said that in terms of price/performance with overclocking, that's the board to turn to.

Don't worry I totally agree, if you want those parts and have the $$$ go for it. Just saying there may be better 'budget' options. But I love my Crosshair VII Hero and my Corsair products lol. Unnecessary, yes slightly, worth it in my opinion, 100%.

 

I've had good luck with my 3200MHz Corsair RGB Pro kit, I've manually OC'd it to 3466Mhz, 1.3500V, and tightened up the timings. 

 

EDIT: I also agree with the fact that iCUE is the best/most comprehensive piece of software for RGB, that said I have had issue with it. But overall when it is functioning correct, it is the best piece of RGB software I have used by a large margin.
