No one is saying to need to go silly with protection, we are just saying don't pretend its nothing to worry about at all.  Even AMD talks about the importance of basic ESD mitigation due to the damage it can do:

There is a reason warnings come with every CPU and why all parts are shipped in anti-static bags/plastic.

 

 

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.
