from my experience the past day setting the client-type to advanced yields an uninterrupted stream of gpu WUs though they are at times less rewarding in terms of ppd. ive kept 15 gpus busy non stop for about 21h now (without micromanaging). though i lost a couple of WUs due to crashes

I second that I changed mine yesterday morning to 98 and I've not had a slot idle for more than a couple of minutes since both CPU and GPU.

Yeah, I really wanna make a jankiest builds post on the blog when this is all over!

Remind me to post a few shots of my "built on a 2x2 foot sheet of particleboard" builds.

There are pics of the "rack/shelves" they're mounted in posted somewhere on the bitcointalk forum but I don't remember if I ever posted any of the rigs themselves - probably in one of the PhillpMa1957 threads.

that has been my luck my less powerful cards get the larger base point jobs almost like they want to give out as few points as possible.

What is it like to have an old rig?

Well, it is an unforgettable experience for me. First of all, my system needs around 15 tries before it can get a package to fold (as there are few packages that are suitable for the system). Once it has downloaded the package, it can only run at the rate of 3900 PPD maximum. Although i have my rig running 24/7 but for the last week, it managed to fold only 5 packages.

P/s: I'm using an ASUS laptop with a core i3 3217U and 4 gig of ram

So this may sound really silly, but I totally about a week ago was looking to see why I didn't see anything was running for COVID research and realized all my computers I had set up for BOINC about a year ago... I'm pretty high up there on a few of them on the LTT team, like World Community Grid, and GPU Grid, but I swapped them all over to folding@home *facepalm*

I have my X5670 at 4.2GHz and it currently has estimated PPD of 30k

It depends on the WU , also I can't keep my 4ghz overclock , due to meh air cooler , I only keep it in the winter.
