Damn right! Got the D15s, with a single fan on silent for my 5820K. Never passes 60 degrees, even under full load, and my two GPUs maxed out pumping heat into the case. ( gotta love the ambient temps in Ireland ).

Honestly, can not see me going back to water anytime soon. Only ever had bad luck, especially with AIOs.

Noctua even sending me out a free AM4 socket adapter for it; for when I eventually upgrade my CPU :P

...Yeah I'll admit I was rebooting a rig remotely and refreshing the CPU slot on this guy. What of it? 🤪

EDIT:  Just installed remote access software like 15 minutes ago.  Also, Ooh workloads! 3.5 hr CPU job even.

Another first for Team LTT. Just heard back from Jason at EoC and at the noon update we broke the database. He was using an small int for Team user count and we rolled it over exceeding 65535 users on Team LTT.

 

He’s pushed out a schema change and is re-calculating the totals since to catch any issues.

Is there anything we can do do help with shortage of work units? Either through our own client, or somehow running as a server? Or does the latter require extensive setup / expertise?

 

P.S., did the LTT gang ever set up their server they talked about?

So far, it didn't take long for my GPU to pick up a WU (<5 minutes) and my CPU just caught one now, too ( ~15 minutes).

Although the servers will be hit hard in a bit les then 3 hours, its a good sign that as of now it seems to be doing fine at the server side.

Just spun up a LXC container dedicated to F@H on my Proxmox server. It has full access to all cores and will run indefinitely :D

All systems go. Been running into the download/send delays but hopefully that won't be a problem for much longer

Currently two  of 3 cpu's have been given work and 3 of the 4 gpus are heating this room up dramatically. So much heat coming from the gtx980 970 i had to go download a monitor and go do the math on how much my power bill is gonna go up lol
