budget 1440P 27" monitor for gaming?? please help

Would someone here know a good but "cheap" 1440P 27" monitor. It will be used for gaming but I do not think that high refresh rate is required.  thank you

I know you said high refresh rate is required, but tbh "1440p" and "high refresh rate" don't go well together with "budget". I have an ACER KG271U that I got at Microcenter for $200. Its 2560x1440 at 75Hz.

I am an idiot, I meant "I do not think that high refresh rate is required" and have edited my OP. I wish I was near a Microcenter. Stupid commie canada

This is what I have and is a nice monitor for the price. It is a 1440p monitor at 95hz and an IPS panel as well.
