I need help with a driver on my pc

Ok so I have a Hp Probook 6570b which has windows 10 installed on it. But a few days ago i tried connecting my bluetooth speaker which i have used on my pc many times before ithe bluetooth action in the action centre is missing and ive tried troubleshooting but it is showing that this device has no bluetooth capability anyone can help me to solve this issue please.

Is the “your pc” in this case also the aforementioned hp probook or a different machine?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Standard move would be to remove and reinstall the Bluetooth driver.  There is probably a way to do that.  If the newest driver still doesn’t work  You may need the original driver the machine came with or an earlier one from windows that did work.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

the problem is idont see the driver anymore and i have been looking for it
