I cannot drill a hole through my desk as I do not want to ruin my desk but I want to do the best at hiding the cables this is my current setup:

Either go wireless or drill a hole in the desk.  There is literally nothing else you can do

1. Get a mouse bungee. That helps reduce the mouse wire plus it helps prevent the mouse from going everywhere and or falling.

2. Try to route the wires of the keyboard on the monitor stand. Just tie it there. With a cable tie or zip tie.

Or you can just go wireless but for me, the hastle of charging/replacing battery is a major down when thinking about wires.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

Shoiuld I get white to blend in with the desk or black?

Depends on your preference, white might look good on a white desk.

Cut a hole or live with the wires. Want to get rid of them completely? Shell out the money for wireless.

If it's an Ikea desk, a cheap one, don't cut holes.

Honestly, seems like a lot of work for something that's not an issue.
