what form factor is this motherboard

this is a b350 motherboard from a acer prebuilt

im wondering is this will fit in a mATX case?

The motherboard layout doesn't look standard, so when you install it into another case, make sure the standoffs lineup with the holes in the motherboard and that there are no extra ones sticking up.

This mainboard, albeit not conform to itx, will fit in several itx-cases like for example the Sharkoon C10, the Thermaltake Core V1 and several others.

Yeah its def not a standard size, the height looks ITX but width seems to be ATX
