1660super Overclocking Help GTX 1660 Super

hi i need help i am new to overclocking hardware and was wondering if anyone could tell me what settings i should use for the evga 1660 super. i am gonna use msi afterburner and i dont know how or what settings to set the card to and how to set the overclock every time a reboot. i appreciate the help. im attaching a hw monitor pic of my specs

msi afterburner has an auto-overclock setting for beginners. it's actually quite good. here's a guide on how to do it.
