I need a Idea for a PC

I want a list of parts for a pc that can Be used For Main use (Gaming, Office, work, Browsing, modding, coding, hacking ETC)    The max price i want is 400 Dollars and i need at least 8GB of ram

I’m not going to help anyone “hack” thank you. In its loosest definition it suggests illegal activity which we cannot support.

Hacking is most misused term in tech world. Its origins is not illegal activity, and it currently doesn't mean automatically illegal activity. It means tinkering and configuring devices to do what you want them to do. For example installing Linux OS to PS3 is hacking. Cracking is correct term for illegal activity. So like with torrenting, context matters.
