Your build seems good so it has something to do with the games itself, since your benchmark scores are so good.

In games does your games start with good fps, or is the fps bad from the start

I built a 5000$ gaming computer with asus strix 2080 ti and a 3950 x ryzen 9. In Minecraft I only get 15 to 90 FPS. Why is it so bad.

Could be a fps-limit on minecraft, maybe you configured something wrong. Could also be, that your graphics card driver is out of date.

I have drivers and on a super flat world I can get much better FPS 250 but it’s a super flat.

On 3D mark I got 32000 top 1%

I would say that something in your system is overheating or you do not have correct drivers.

Install the gpu drivers again, and then upgrade your bios and other drivers too.

And minecraft has some weird fps problems, so test with other games

Well the stutters could actually mean that there is something wrong with your monitor, since my csgo stutters if i do not have v sync on.

Try games with v sync/ freesync

Yes try that since minecraft can take much ram for no reason sometimes, btw what verision r u on. If none works try v-sync maybe the monitor wants to vsync when in fullscreen i know mine does

That is true, why i did not think that.

Do NOT put more than 16gb ram in minecraft, it will create stutters, since normal minecraft does not really use more than 8gb (well in some heavy situation it might)
