Does changing settings in Nvidia control panel help boost fps, and how much?
ive seen some yt videos and im wondering if thats true ? Im really trying to get some more fps and smooth es in games with my gtx 1050 ti because im not good at overclocking and i cant get a stable oc...

It's software, it's not interacting with the voltage or clocks or anything related to the hardware of the GPU.
