Need Advise for 1080p 144Hz Gaming Monitor

I plan on building a value build for gaming. I intend to play on 1080p 144hz monitor. Kindly suggest the best value monitor which would last atleast 6 years minimum

I have the AOC G2590PX and im very happy with it

It's freesync but its also out of the box gsync compatible

Good colors for a TN panel

Also both DP 1.2 and HDMI 1.4 freesync range of 30 - 144hz

And it has a usb hub with a quick charge port and 2w speakers

If just for Gaming, go for TN, if you plan to do some other things as well, go IPS

I prefer IPS. Kindly suggest a few value for money 27inch IPS with 144hz preferably.

Acer VG270UP, ACER VG271UP (adds support for hdr, though it's pretty useless hdr400), Acer XV272UP (same panel, better stand)

BENQ EX2780Q (same panel as acer)
