Should i go for the Silent wings 3 15db? Or the High speed ones 28db wich i think you will be able to hear pretty clearly. But them have 600rpm more.

 

Also what motherboard should i go for the aorus master?

Strix-e or taichi are as good as the master for $100 less. And yes, go with the silent fans. The noctua dh-15 is even quieter than the dark rock 4 pro.
