Which one of these is the best for my build?

I am putting together a computer for some light gaming with some used and not used parts, the specs are here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/37cvq3

 

Here's a small list of some PSU's I've found that are in my budget (40$+) below.

• FSP Hyper K 500W
• Cooler Master MWE White v2 450W
• EVGA BV 450W
• Corsair VS 450W

Which one of these should I get? Thanks.

where are you located? Perhaps we can find better solutions. 

 

Neither of those would be recommended, though, the VS Corsair is the least compromised choice..

Do you know if the MWE 80+ V2 on Tier B in that list is the same one that I have listed? The one I listed is V2, I forgot to add that.
