RAM wont turn off when sleep mode - PLEASE HELP

Hi, i've just finished my pc upgrade l, but when i set everything up, i've just find out when I turn the computer to sleep mode, ram sill light up..

I try everything. Firstly I install Gigabyte RGB Fusion, but it didn't see my RAM and the software is absolute sh*t, so this is not an option. As a second try i google out something about ErP and they said, that could help.. But my great Gigabyte BIOS have only option when power off (S5 i think) not S4 +S5, so this doesnt work either. At last I install the XPG RGB Sync Beta that can control the ram, but there is no option to turn it off when sleep..

PLEASE HELP......

SOFTWARE:

> Windows 10 Proffesional 64bit

> XPG RGB Sync Beta

> Wraith Prism (for AMD Wraith Prism that come with the Ryzen 7 2700X)

HARDWARE:

> motherboard - GIGABYTE B450 DS3H

> cpu - AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

> ram - XPG SPECTRIX D41 3000MHz 2x8GB

> gpu - ASUS NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 950 2G

The RGB system is independent of whether or not the computer is running, and will run as long as the RAM has power. And since S3 sleep shuts down everything except RAM, the RGB system will still keep going.

So either see if the option is available in the RAM's RGB control software, turn off the RGB before putting the computer to sleep (or just turn it off), or live with what you got.

RGB control is stupid easy and so it's just easier for companies to not care about what the other guy is doing and do their own thing.

RAM doesn't disable when you turn off your PC, it's independent to it. I would recommend getting the rgb control software for your ram and simply disabling the RGB before putting your computer to sleep

Sleep mode means your pc state is saved in ram so your ram HAS to be on in sleep mode to store the state. You can't turn it off. Either turn off the rgb entirely or maybe you can try using hibernate

Well, it is beta software, try reinstalling it and make sure you're on the latest version of it available
