Can this charger charge this battery?

they are differnt brand.

The charger output is DC1.4v ===90-100mA (AAAx2)

the battery is 1.2v

I'm not gonna research this cause i'm not that smart with batteries. But i'll tell you this: If you dont know how that stuff works. Dont use chargers that arent made for that battery. Its not that smart.

To concur it will be fine. All of my current AA and AAA NiMH batteries are rated at 1.2V. I use a nitecore charger rated at 1.48V +/-1% and it is able to measure the voltage of the batteries it is currently charging. When they are fully charged they are anywhere from 1.46-1.5V. When they are drained and I put them in to charge, they start off at 1.2V.
