Way to bypass f1 boot message?

I have 1 of hp prebuilds and there is no way to plug usb 3 to mobo when gpu is connected. Everytime I turn that machine on message of usbs not connected shows up and gotta press f1 to continue. I was doing that for 2 years and it become borning. Digged into bios and found option called something like "Bypass click  f1 to continue" but disabling it did nothing. Is there any way of getting rid of this anoying messsage?
