Would I go for RTX 2070 super or RTX 2080?

I want to change my old graphics card which is GTX 780TI, so please suggest which one is better RTX 2070 super or RTX 2080.

If the 2080 is within 5% the price of the 2070 Super, then 2080. Otherwise buy the 2070 Super it is 96% as fast.

2070 is a gimped 2080, it’s just as good in most tasks, only would go for 2080 if high resolutions + settings matter.

What’s the rest of your specs? Maybe you gonna be hold back by cpu so to answer properly it’s best to know what else you have in your system right now.

if you can get a 2070 Super for no more then about 500USD, then get that, the 2080 Super with a VRAM overclock gets very close to the 2080ti

both are kinda poo value though so i dono tbh, flash a 300$ 5700 tbh

Upgrade the CPU, motherboard, and RAM first. The 780TI is comparable to the RX 580 for performance, and the rest of the system is going to hold you back getting anything more powerful. (noticeable stuttering WILL occur)

Agree with that. 3rd gen i3 is weak af, your best option will be definitely to swap cpu mobo ram at first place

You really don't need to go above a 3600. Anything more than that is not going to perceptibly increase your framerate, no matter what GPU you decide to put in it.

 

I can't make suggestions based on your location, but a 3600 with any X470 or X570 motherboard and 3200-3600 RAM with 16-16-16 timing or better will be in the top 10% of systems, and shouldn't break the bank.

Well, it's not bad... Seems a bit expensive though. A Raidmax ALPHA-WLW would get you similar aesthetics for less than 1/4 the price. (though you wouldn't have USB-C on the front) The price difference is actually enough to get you an entire top-performance RAM set. (2x8GB of Ripjaws V 3600 16-16-16) If you're not limiting yourself to a white case with a window, you can get one that has USB-C on the front for under half the price of the H710i.

 

Of course, the price differences I mentioned are based on what the manufacturer resale price is, and may be radically different in your country.

Which Obsidian to be precise? 
I didn’t read any reviews about Tuf cases but quick look at the design and they look alright , decent amount of air ventilation in front, but imo well overpriced.

Obsidian cases was always good quality.

I am looking for obsidian 500D as I have seen it Sebastian Linus video while Asus Tuf is also seen in his video. 

Which he build PC and sale it for 20 $ he picks the Asus Tuf case.

Not worrying about the budget will get you suggestions for cases more expensive than your entire budget... It's always best to start with your budget, and work from there.

 

An Antec P7 Window would probably do quite nicely, and shouldn't break the bank. You will need to get 3-4 120mm fans for it though. I recommend the Arctic P12 fans. (very quiet, high static pressure, good bearing, inexpensive)
